-How long will my pets appointment take?
   Generally pets appointments take 3-4 hours or less.

-Do you offer express services?
   Yes! Express services are by appointment only and guarantee your pet will be done in 2 hours or less. Express services are +$15-$20 depending on your pets size, coat condition and temperament. Please ask for Jill when booking an express service.

-Do you take walk-in appointments?
   Due to our busy schedule, we do not offer walk-in grooming services and only schedule by appointment. 

-I can't make my appointment - do I need to call?
   We do understand that life happens and emergencies come up. However, we do ask that you call as far in advance as possible to cancel or reschedule your pets grooming appointment. This allows us to fill your pets appointment with another customer. Clients that fail to let us know they will not be coming impact our groomers ability to earn a living wage.

-What is included with a groom?
   A bath, blow dry, brushing, nail filing, ear cleaning, gland expression (upon request), and hair style of your choice is included with your pets appointment.

-My pet has an RX shampoo - may I bring it?
   Yes! We will gladly use a shampoo provided by your veterinarian. 

-Do you offer hand scissored styles?
   Yes! Our groomers are available to provide these specialized services. 

-Do you take puppies and/or seniors?
   Yes! We would be glad to help introduce your puppy to the grooming process and will gently handle your sweet senior. Please allow us a little extra time as we want to do everything possible to keep your pet calm and happy.

-How much will my pets grooming cost?
   Price is based on a variety of factors including your pets breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and style preference. Feel free to give us a call and we can give you an estimate of how much it will be.

-When is payment due?
   Payment is due upon pick-up of your pet. We currently accept cash or check.
